HOW TO APPLY 

To best understand the needs of your organization, we ask that all non-profits submit an application. Our Winter 2025 application is currently open and is due on Friday, December 6th. See details about our selection process below:

Application Process:

1. Complete the application by downloading our application here

2. Send the completed application to our VP of Client Development, Anika Trehan, at nuscnocd@gmail.com

3. If selected, we will invite you to participate in a 20 minute virtual interview

4. Decisions released by Wednesday, January 8th, at the latest

As the client, what is my role in the project?

We ask that nonprofit clients commit to the following:

  • Attending kick-off at the beginning of the project

  • Attending final presentations at the end of the project

  • Prompt responses and weekly communication with your team throughout the project

  • Prompt responses to follow-up surveys immediately after the project and again three months later (and possibly beyond)

What is the team’s structure?

  • Teams consist of 5 Student Consultants, including 1 Team Lead

  • Each team is assigned one Project Manager, who oversees the project and one Professional Mentor, who advises the team

  • Team members vary in backgrounds, contributing to the development of innovative solutions
